Notice is hereby given that a special called meeting of the governing body of the Cisco Independent School District will be held Friday, June 27, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the Cisco ISD Administration Building in Cisco, Texas, at which time the following agenda items will be discussed:

1. Establishment of a Quorum
2. Executive Session

Closed meeting will be held for the purposes authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.001 et seq. concerning any and all purposes permitted by the Act, including but not limited to the following sections and purposes:

• Texas Government Code Section 551.071 Consultation with school attorney
• Texas Government Code Section 551.074 Deliberation regarding the appointment, employment, contract, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, dismissal or resignation of a public officer or employee
• Texas Government Code Section 551.071 Deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property

a. Discuss and Possibly Hire Cisco HS Head Softball Coach
